Effective January 2, 2012, we will no longer be seeing patients at our Sneads Ferry location. All patients may be seen at our Holly Ridge location. The current staff and provider for Sneads Ferry Medical Clinic will be available at the Holly Ridge location to continue providing healthcare to you and your family.
All existing appointments for Sneads Ferry Medical Clinic will be automatically transferred to the Holly Ridge location. For continuity of care, your medical record will be transferred to the Holly Ridge location as well.
